Each piece of my art has been embedded with a little piece of my own passion and history. My art has been inspired through my extensive travels and training with native artists throughout Europe, South America and Africa. Whether in the rich colors of a hand-dyed Turkish rug, the intricate and delicate pattern of an iron gate in Japan or a scrap of marble from an old East Tennessee quarry right here in my hometown, I have incorporated the colors, styles and materials into my art.
